Each Restless bike is as unique as it’s rider.

Every detail is obsessively designed and fabricated. Cable routing is a primary consideration and is always optimized for function and service. Steel tubes are joined via fillet brazing.

Personalized accents are commonly added using brass, copper, stainless steel or wood. Adding a custom headbadge is an option too!

Rich Beaudoin began building bikes around seven years of age when he rebuilt a Bendix coaster hub his older brothers thought was beyond repair. He soon began apprenticing at the elbow of his father, a master welder and metal fabricator.

A lifelong cyclist, Rich’s drive to customize and modify bikes stems from his five-plus decades of riding every type of bike on any possible surface, riding and bikepacking on roads and trails through four continents. His wide-ranging experiences as a rider translate into versatile bikes that are intuitive and cherished.

Restless Bikes began naturally. When Rich moved to Ashland, Oregon after living abroad and a stint working at Trek, the fluid and nimble frames he built for family and friends began attracting attention, leading to requests and ultimately, to building professionally.

Just like their riders, Restless bikes want to be in motion.

Restless: ride more.
